每个城市都是一首诗，《纽约，我爱你》让“大苹果”纽约退下了它一贯繁忙而不可亲近的面纱，触摸到它内在的柔软触感。12位导演──包括斯嘉丽·约翰逊、娜塔丽·波特曼、姜文、岩井俊二、因《勇往直前》勇夺金熊奖的费斯·阿金、曾执导《回归》的俄罗斯导演安德烈·萨金塞夫、《季风婚宴》的导演米拉·奈尔等人──每人以5分钟的篇幅，从不同的文化视角感受纽约、讲述一个人类共同的话题──“爱”。 短片演员阵容更是星光耀眼：希亚·拉博夫 、奥兰多·布鲁姆 、克里斯蒂娜·里奇 、伊桑·霍克、娜塔丽·波特曼、凯文·贝肯、舒淇等等，在浪漫而充满诗意的纽约，他们相遇邂逅。爱情在悄悄发生，寂寞被疏解，语言的隔阂已经不再重要，爱渲染了一切美丽。 《纽约，我爱你》唯一令人遗憾的是导演安东尼·明格拉的去世，他的好友谢加·凯普尔接手他的故事完成了短片最后的拍摄。斯嘉丽·约翰逊的导演处女则最为受人瞩目，她用一个孤独外乡人（凯文·贝肯 饰）的视角来感受纽约，黑白色的影像简约而诗意。 “城市短片”系列下一站将来到中国，主题将是“上海，我爱你”，着实让人惊喜。《纽约，我爱你》将于2009年2月13日全美公映。■
